    Antech Limoux

As with so many top French producers, it's a family story spanning many generations; 6 in the case of Maison Antech. Françoise is the driving force behind the wines now, harnessing the natural freshness in the vineyards so perfectly caught between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. Supported by George and Roger, they've been making wines together for a remarkable 50 years! It comes as no surprise to see such a strong character in the wine as a result, and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

  • Jean-Michel Deluc says

I have a particular attachment to the vineyards of Limoux, which produce amazingly fresh white wines in a relatively warm environment thanks to the cooling influence of the Mediterranean Sea. This is also the home of some of France's best sparkling wines, including the famous 'Blanquette de Limoux'. Creamy and fresh with a wonderful marriage between the native Mauzac grape, the zest of Chenin Blanc and the elegance of Chardonnay. Delicious!
