Freaky Tzatsiki

Peckish? Nothing a bit of Tzatziki can't cure.

Ingredients

- 400g Greek yoghurt

- 1 sprig of fresh mint

- 1 cucumber

- 4 garlic cloves

- 20g vinagre

- 50g olive oil

 

Method

Shred the mint, grate the cucumbers with cheese grater, using the side with the largest holes. Let the garlic cook in olive oil on a very low flame for 1 hour. Let cool before drying and chopping. Mix the mint, cucumbers and garlic with the yogurt, season to taste with salt and pepper, oil and vinegar

Presentation

Arrange in a deep plate or jar and garnish with mint leaves and a dash of olive oil.
