Caroline and Adeline came to London from France, with a dream of creating speciality French food using locally sourced ingredients from Britain and the French savoir-faire. The idea of opening a crepe bar was a shared idea that came to them whilst having a chat over a glass of wine (most of the best ideas are fuelled by wine!). |INGREDIENTS (serves 4 to 6) The batter - 100g White flour - 25g Sugar - 20g Bitter cacao - 25cl Milk - 3 Eggs - 50g Butter melted - Pinch of salt Filling - 600g Strawberries - 400g Blueberries - 50g Sugar|
