    Two Hands Wines

To visit the Two Hands Wine operation requires going deep into the heart of Australia, into the McLaren Vale itself. There you'll see top quality Shiraz production in action, with careful selection producing this long-time favourite wine of the world. In fact, this is only area in the world to have a wine present in the Top 100 wines of Wine Spectator for 11 years running, including two appearances from the 'Angel's Share' wine itself. Not bad, right?

  • Jean-Michel Deluc says

Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz, the "two hands", offer us here a shiraz (syrah) from the legendary valley in the history of the Australian vineyard, McLaren Vale. "Quality without compromise" is their motto, which applies perfectly to this magnificent fruity and round wine. It's reminiscent of chewing on a sun-drenched grape, but is thirst-quenching at the same time. The aromatic pattern is a good sign of the fruitiness and freshness of the grape variety. A fleshy and elegant wine.
