A Malbec from the mountains of Argentina!
Jean-Michel Deluc Head Sommelier of Le Petit Ballon
  • The estate

    Domaine Bousquet

Domaine Bousquet is situated at high altitudes, in the Tupungato district of Mendoza, Argentina. The exceptional levels of sunshine, combined with the snow-melt from the Andes mountains allows for top quality organic viticulture, and the grapes benefit from both French and Argentinian influences. The results, unsurprisingly, are delicious!

  • Jean-Michel Deluc says

Domaine Bousquet; a very French sounding name, yet we find ourselves in Mendoza, Argentina, in the very special terroir of Tupungato. Argentina is, above all, the country for Malbec, which succeeds here in a way that it simply can't elsewhere. This Reserve cuvee is a prime example; velvety, spicy and fruity with enough freshness to be considered with a variety of foods. To cap it all off, it comes from one of the most beautiful organic estates on the slopes of the Andes mountains!
