An expert's opinion

Alain Thiénot worked as a broker in Champagne for 20 years, whilst always dreaming of one day owning his own estate. Through hard work and perseverance, it finally came true starting with a simple 6 hectares in the Ay in 1985. Today, this contemporary estate has 27 hectares of vines planted, 60% of which are planted in Premier and Grand Cru villages. Continuing the family spirit and starting their very own traditions, his children, Stanislas and Garance, have now taken over the reins.
