    Domaine Pfister

Domaine Pfister was founded in 1780 in Dahlenheim, a wine village located 20 km west of Strasbourg. This northern aspect in the vineyards of Alsace gives wines a unique style, with a clear focus on elegance and finesse. Mélanie Pfister took over the reins in 2008, after studying as an agronomist in Bordeaux and oenologist in Dijon. She represents the eighth generation of vine growers, and importantly, the first woman of the lineage to take control of the estate.

  • Jean-Michel Deluc says

Pinot Blanc from Alsace is one of my absolute favourite wines for an aperitif; light, fresh, elegant and ideal for lighter foods. Melanie's expression is exactly the sort of wine I'm looking for, exceeding my expectations effortlessly. Best enjoyed whilst young, pure and mineral. Excellent work by Melanie Pfister and a great expression of her signature style
