Important information regarding your subscriptions

Le Petit Ballon UK will be closing on February 28th 2019

Before we say au revoir, you can rest assured that your subscriptions/gift cards/wine orders will be fully delivered or compensated as swiftly as possible. In most cases we will send the remaining bottles left on your subscription to you in one delivery. For those of you with pay monthly subscriptions, they will automatically stop with the last box being the February 2019 box. Please read on for more details.

Our online e-shop will continue to be open until February 28th 2019 if you wish to stock up on some of your favourite bottles! Should you have a question after this time, you can still contact our Customer Service team who will be working as usual and will be happy to assist you.

Scenarios

  1. 1. You are a subscriber with a recurring subscription.

    Your recurring subscription with Le Petit Ballon will come to an end in February. Your last box was delivered around the 15th of February 2019. After this date your subscription will automatically be stopped and you will no longer be charged each month.

  2. 2. You are a subscriber with an active prepaid subscription.

    We will send your remaining bottles to your delivery address at the end of Feb/beginning of March. The number of bottles you will receive is the number of months remaining on your subscription multiplied by two bottles. These will be sent in a separate delivery to your February box that you should have received around the 14th of February.
    For example: If you have 3 months left on your prepaid subscription, you will receive 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles).
    We’ll also be including a little surprise gift inside your delivery to apologise for the inconvenience.

  3. 3. You are a subscriber with a prepaid subscription that is 'on hold'.

    We will send your remaining bottles to your delivery address at the end of Feb/beginning of March. The number of bottles you will receive is the number of months you purchased on your subscription multiplied by two bottles. These will be sent in a separate delivery to your February box that you should have received around the 14th of February.
    For example: If you purchased a 3 month subscription, you will receive 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles).
    We’ll also be including a little surprise gift inside your delivery to apologise for the inconvenience.

  4. 4. You purchased a gift card for someone.

    If the recipient of your gift card has already activated their subscription, they will receive the remainder of their bottles to their delivery address. The number of bottles they will receive is the number of months remaining on their gift card multiplied by two bottles.
    For example: If they have 3 months left on their gift card, they will receive 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles).
    If the recipient is yet to activate their gift card, they need to do it in order to redeem their remaining bottles. Please make sure they do this as soon as possible. This is the link to activate gift cards: Click here

  5. 5. You received a gift card and still have bottles left to receive.

    We will send your remaining bottles to your delivery address at the end of Feb/beginning of March. These will be sent in a separate delivery to your February box that you should have received around the 14th of February. The number of bottles you have left is the number of months remaining on your gift card multiplied by two bottles.
    For example: If you have 3 months left on your gift card, you will receive 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles). We’ll also be including a little surprise gift inside your delivery to apologise for the inconvenience.

  6. 6. You received a gift card but are yet to activate it.

    Please activate your gift card as soon as possible so we know where to send your remaining wine. Click here to activate your gift card. Once activated, we will send your remaining bottles to your given delivery address. The number of bottles you will receive is the number of months on your gift card multiplied by two bottles.
    For example: If you received a 3 month gift card, you will receive 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles). We’ll also be including a little surprise gift inside your delivery to apologise for the inconvenience.
