An expert's opinion

I love the vineyards of Limoux, which have proven once again that great white wine can be made in a warm climate. I wanted to showcase this through the wonderful crémant of the region, and through one of the top producers, like Maison Antech. The 2015 vintage is fresh, delicate and full of flavour. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

The estate

Antech Limoux

Limoux is a 6th generation, family-ran business. Today, the 6th generation is at the helm, with Francoise, Georges and Roger taking care of the day-to-day management of the estate. Their vineyards are managed using sustainable, integrated viticulture, their 4 grapes are harvested manually and the wines are produced in the most traditional ways possible; either The Traditional Method, or via the ancient Methode Ancestrale. 6 generations of know-how!
