A pretty wine, just as we like it!

  • The estate

    Maison Paul Benoit

The estate continues with the current generation of three brothers and their father. Together, they take care of the wonderful legacy created by their grandfather in 1947 near Meursault. Here, everything is done within the family, from the work in the vineyards to the bottling and sales. The construction of a newer, larger cellar in Beaune now allows them to be completely independent and self sufficient for the bottling and packaging of their wines. 100% from the Domaine!

  • Jean-Michel Deluc says

A lovely, pretty village wine. This charming Chardonnay hails from the Macon, an area known for good value wines within Burgundy and manages to balance the minerality, fruit and softness of its style. This is Paul Benoît's wine and as we've come to expect, it's a fruity, buttery Chardonnay with some lovely floral notes as well. It's a style of wine to be enjoyed in youth; flattering, fresh and absolutely thirst quenching. It may seem light in appearance but there's enough weight to accompany fish, seafood and even light meats. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
