Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your subscription has ended, and you received your last box in February. There is no need for you to take any action. We have stopped your monthly payments and you will no longer be charged. Track your parcel here
  • We sent the remaining bottles left on your subscription to your delivery address in February. Track your parcel here
  • If the recipient of your gift card has already activated their subscription, they will have received the remainder of their bottles to their delivery address in February. The number of bottles they received is the number of months that were remaining on their gift card multiplied by two bottles. For example: If they had 3 months left on their gift card, they received 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles).

    If they are yet to activate their gift card, please make sure they do so here at their earliest convenience.
  • We sent the remaining bottles left on your subscription to your delivery address in February. The number of bottles you received equals the number of months left on your gift card, multiplied by two bottles. For example: If you had 3 months left on your gift card, you will have received 3 x 2 bottles (6 bottles).
  • Please activate your gift card at your earliest convenience following this link.

  • Unfortunately no. It is not possible to buy in France and have it delivered to another country. If you are ever visiting France do pop into one of our boutiques!
