An expert's opinion

Made at Château de Corneilla, this vintage made from Syrah, Carignan, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre will surprise you. The power is retained, the aromatic pattern is based on the primary aromas with an elegant texture, flowing and character. A pleasure wine resulting from serious and meticulous work which was truly felt in the tasting of this new vintage.

The estate

Château de Corneilla

Near the châteaux of the Cathars, Jonquères Philippe d'Oriola gives shape to this remarkable style of wine, with respect for both nature and tradition. The name still means a lot to this day, signifying the pride of this Catalan land and the sporting achievements of Pierre Jonquères d'Oriola and Christian d'Oriola, as they won numerous Olympic medals in the arts of riding and fencing!
