An expert's opinion

Domaine Les Vallettes presents their "coup de Breton", which is good cabernet franc brought here by Abbé Breton at the time of Richelieu. Here is a cuvée made of greediness, freshness, fruit, with a crisp and liquorice character in the finish on the palate. The perfect wine for a summer kitchen with friends or other halves!

Jean-Michel Deluc. Head Sommelier of Petit Ballon.
The estate

Domaine Les Vallettes

Domaine Les Vallettes is a family story. The story of two brothers who work together: Antoine, oenologist, is in charge of the vineyard and the technical aspects, and François, of the commercial and marketing part. But as needed, the two brothers can exchange their positions. The wine is made with four hands, but most importantly is made with love.
