An expert's opinion

Summer bubbles

This wine is a wonderful expression of the Glera grape variety from the Cozzuolo commune. Born on a soil that imparts freshness and verve, this thirst-quenching Prosecco showcases elegant citrus notes and fine bubbles, a real treat by itself or as a base for summer cocktails. Personally, I like to have at least one glass and, if possible, in good company. To drink this year!

The estate

Vigna Di Sarah

Here we meet in the town of Vittorio, 25km from Treviso in the Veneto area, and the heartland of La Vigna di Sarah! The vineyard is well named as the owner, Sarah Dei Tos, cultivates indigenous grape varieties for her famous Prosecco. These lands are rich in beautiful products typical of the area, and wines from this region, well, you would recognise them with your eyes closed!
