An expert's opinion

The beautiful Expression of Château le Grand Verdus! Made from 70% Sauvignon, for the freshness and citrus, and 30% Sémillon for the sweetness in the mouth, it's full of finesse and delicacy. A wine made for an aperitif, for raw or fried fish, for oysters and other seafood. The family Le Gris de la Salle has seduced us since the start of their adventure with Le Petit Ballon, continuing to produce vintages such as this "Expression", it's not hard to see why!

Jean-Michel Deluc. Head Sommelier of Petit Ballon.
