An expert's opinion

Here we have a gorgeous rosé from the best terroir of Côtes-de-Provence: La Londe-les-Maures. Close to the Mediterranean sea, where the freshness of the sea breezes combines with the Provencal sunshine to create a perfect balance in the vineyards. 'Instinct Parcellaire' is a selection from the very best vines, harvested at night to retain the delicate aromas so famed from the region. Fruity Grenache, refreshing Cinsault and vibrant Vermentino; a classy rosé indeed!

Jean-Michel Deluc. Head Sommelier of Petit Ballon.
The estate

Château des Bormettes

Domaine des Bormettes is a place steeped in history. It is, and has been since the beginning of the 20th century, a family estate, currently managed by Fabrice Faré. Grenache is the champion of the estate, producing deep, aromatic rosé wines complimented by the exotic Vermentino and refreshing Cinsault. The wines are loved by everyone who tastes them, and with good reason!
