An expert's opinion

The delicious "Equinoxe" rosé bottling of Domaine de Lauzière doesn't come as a big surprise as we already knew the quality of the wines here through their reds, defined by their exceptional finesse and complexity. The rosé is less powerful than the red, certainly, but what it lacks in raw power it more than makes up for in delicacy. This rosé is so well balanced I believe I could drink it during any course during a meal; from the aperitif with lighter foods through to Mediterranean flavours, fish dishes and finely prepared meats. Trying is believing!
