An expert's opinion

This vintage is a first for Le Petit Ballon. Not just any vintage, it comes from a rather complex blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre. The generosity is there with a fleshy and greedy material, but also a beautiful fresh and crunchy structure, thanks to the mistral that plays a key role in the balance of the wine. Northern balance in style.

Jean-Michel Deluc. Head Sommelier of Petit Ballon.
