An expert's opinion

Drinking this delicious wine brings back two memories for me; Lyon and the Auberge Ravoux in Auvers-sur-Oise. This is where I first discovered this remarkable appellation and the sparkling wine produced here, full of tangy red fruits and refreshing acidity; neither too dry nor too sweet. A real discovery for me and one that I'm delighted to share with you! I hope you'll share the bottle with your friends and keep the message going!

Jean-Michel Deluc. Head Sommelier of Petit Ballon.
The estate

Maison Lingot-Martin

Maison Lingot-Martin, located in the heart of the vineyards of Cerdonnais, was born in 1970 from the efforts of four families. The sons and daughters of these families, connected to the soil for several generations, have managed to develop 35 hecatres of excellent, well maintained vineyards in Cerdon. You'll love the intense pink colour, the aromas of ripe red fruits and the soft, subtlety of the mousse in the wines produced here!
